Regarding Ticket Cancellation 

• All the Bus tickets are eligible to be canceled 2 hours before journey time. After 2 hours before the journey time ticket cannot be canceled. 
• If the ticket is canceled (4 Hours before journey) cancellation charge might take place according to bus company policy. 
• No charges will be levied for the cancellation of Rabeya Paribahan tickets.

Holiday Ticket Cancellation Policies 

         - Any kind of ticket cancellation might not be allowed during Public Holidays journey as per Launch company decision. 

EID NOTICE: EID TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE CHANGED. 

         - For reserve buses, the fare might not be equivalent to regular bus fare. By purchasing the ticket, the customer agrees to buy the ticket with the mentioned price . Later no claim will be accepted by authority.
